My family is really impressed with the steaks we received to try from Certified Steak And Seafood Company. These are high quality cuts of meat that come out tender and juicy just as you would want.
I personally tried and sampled a little bit of each of
the porterhouse, ribeye, and the filet mignon.
Each one was lean and had very little to no fat or gristle.
I prefer my steak medium rare to medium well. I tried the porterhouse medium rare and it was amazing. The other two steaks were cooked medium well and they still remained very moist and tender.
The flavor of each steak was very good and I would definitely classify them as a premium product. I made them on my indoor grill and they came out super nice. We seasoned them with a bit of seasoned salt and grilled them up. We did not use any marinade, nor was any steak sauce required because they were so delicious on their own.
The steaks just melt in your mouth. They are easy to cut and chew.
I found them to be perfect in every way.
