  The texture, the taste, and the saltiness are just right on these amazingly good Rudolph's Southern Recipe Pork Rinds.  I love the nice light crunch, and I have not found any hard pieces at all in either bag that I tried.  Many other brands have very hard pieces that I can barely chew.  Not these though.  They are soft, fresh, and easy to eat.
I couldn't ask for a better texture or flavor.  These really do taste wonderful. The flavor is full and distinct, yet classic and mellow. These are high quality pork rinds with a taste that I love.
I definitely do recommend this brand to anyone who loves pork rinds.  They are cooked to perfection and are very tough to put down.  
​My daughters and I really are impressed with them.  I certainly will buy them in the future.
