Not All Freebies Are Created Equal

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT FREEBIES: This page tries to only post the best, most reliable free samples and products. I strive to not post anything that is questionable or that I am unable to verify the background and standing of the company. You may see all kinds of "free stuff" posted all over Facebook and wonder why I am not sharing it.
There are several reasons I may not post them:
NOTE: No freebie site is perfect. We all occasionally post something that fails or don't post something that ends up being a legit freebie. Even the best, legit freebies occasionally fail. They over extend the freebie and it runs out sooner than expected. This does happen occasionally. But most real freebies do come through. I would guess that if you sign up consistently, you will receive at least 90% of what you signed up for over time. (freebies can take awhile on some of them, be patient, it may take up to a few months in the most extreme cases) NO ONE IS GUARANTEED A FREEBIE AT ANY TIME and NO ONE IS ENTITLED TO ONE. These companies are so generous. They do not have to give out freebies. I hate it when I see people complaining to the companies. This stops them from offering freebies! I have seen it. If you miss one, you miss one. We all do sometimes. But please don't harass the company about it or post rude remarks on their walls. Anyone remember a couple years ago when Gillette use to give out tons of FREE venus razors? They had giveaways all the time. Guess what? So many complaints and people bashing them because they didn't get one and the company has not done it anymore. Not for about a year now. So keep this in mind before you complain over something that is FREE and is being generously offered. It is not owed to you.
Of course we all want as much free stuff as we can get lol, but we have to be sensible too. Pages offering lifetime free food, free Disney tickets, free game systems, or extreme coupons (like $50 off $100 at a grocery store) are generally fake. If it seems way too good to be true, it may be just that. Just a heads up. There is a bunch of spam out there. I just want everyone to be safe and understand why I am selective on what I post. I care very much about my freebie friends. Please be smart out there guys. Common sense is key. Always feel free to contact me if you ever have any questions. I hope you found this information helpful.
There are several reasons I may not post them:
- They lead to surveys and spam. (any site that makes you do a bunch of surveys promising a freebie, especially an exceptional freebie like a "pyrex container set" for example, SKIP IT, you are wasting your time. Only once in awhile do you actually get anything from these sites and they are usually connecting you to a freebie at the end of it that you could of gotten without doing their survey. Which by the way is making them money every time you fall for that, they do get paid from the companies that they are advertising or marketing for in those surveys and somewhere in the fine print on their sites they do make statements protecting themselves so that no one can come after them for false advertisement. How do I know this? Because as a blogger I work for several companies that offer these type of surveys/ads. I chose not to participate of course. Why do they do this? Because they make BIG TIME MONEY, some blogs/websites make thousands of dollars a month. I make a few thousand for the entire year in case anyone is wondering. I do make a little bit on commissions from Amazon sales and other retail sites, advertising certain legit contests/survey sites/deals, plus I get paid a flat fee per coupon printed through my website, and also I make money for certain sponsored posts/social shares.)
- They are downright fake. (this I know from years of experience)
- They are questionable in some other way and I simply won't post it.
- The site can not be verified. The page the freebie is on does not match or connect to the company website offering the freebie, the company is too new and has no history, or all they do is constantly advertise a freebie and have no other content.
