Everfit Protein Shakes Review

I was quite excited to get to try these Whey protein weight loss shakes. Everfit Protein Weight Loss Shakes are loaded with protein and they taste good. I also love the other health benefits to these shakes. They give me energy and curb my appetite. I received a case of 15 dark chocolate shakes to try. When they arrived I noticed that they are bottles with powder mix in the bottom of each one. You must add your own room temperature water, shake well, and then you are all set to drink it. Add 6 oz. water and it allows a little room for shaking it in the bottle.
These have a nice smell, the aroma is quite pleasant. I anticipated that these would taste good based on the scent. I tried one out and I thought it tasted nice. Very pleasant chocolate taste. The dark chocolate is not overly dark tasting. Just slightly stronger than what a milk chocolate shake would taste like. The texture is just about right. Overall, I am impressed with the product and feel they are pretty great. The only negative thing I would say is that you must shake them extra well in order to totally break down the powder. Otherwise you will get bits of unmixed shake in your drink. I tried mixing it in the bottle vs. mixing it in a shaker bottle with a metal ball and they came out much better mixing them in a shaker bottle. The powder broke up much easier. A very good product.
