So happy I got to try this Naturalico Jump Rope. It's been a few years since I have used one, so I wasn't sure how it would work for me. I was surprised that, with a little practice, this is a great piece of equipment to add to your exercise routine!
The best thing about this jump rope is the adjustability. I am only 5 feet tall, so this is good news for me, as most jump ropes are quite long. A tall person could also use this rope. Once you have it adjusted properly, the rope can be cut so no more adjustments are needed. It comes with full instructions on how to adjust it and it is very simple to do.
It also comes with a handy carrying pouch. That way you can just pack it in the pouch and take it with you to the gym or even on your running trail. It is very lightweight and easy to use. The handles are very comfortable to hold as you use it also. This is great for people who are experienced, as well as those who are just starting out. Overall, this is a really nice jump rope.
