This stress ball is ideal for use at home or the office. It is very easy to assemble. The bag itself attaches to a metal spring, and the spring attaches to the plastic suction cup on the bottom. It's not too big, and you can place it on any wood or metal flat surface. It also comes with it's own little hand pump to inflate it. The spring is extremely heavy duty. The suction on it is quite strong so it is able to take multiple hits. It bounces back when you punch it for even more stress relief.
This makes a great stress-buster, but it also makes a great conversation piece! Attach it to your desk at work and everyone will notice. Frustrated at your boss?
